Jason Warnock is the Director of Podiatry for the Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) in Brisbane. He’s returning ‘home’ to Townsville, where he practised privately and with Townsville HHS for more than 30 years. Jason was the inaugural Chair of the Podiatry Board of Australia (2009-2012) and has published in the Medical Journal of Australia as part of the Australian Diabetes Foot Network. As a Churchill Fellow (2008) he expanded on his extensive work in Aboriginal health by investigating foot care services for diabetic feet in the Indigenous communities of USA and Canada.

Originally from the UK, Fiona spent 25 years working in the National Health Service & ran the Northumbria Diabetes Foot Service from 2000 until moving to South Australia in 2012 to take up the post of Advanced Clinical Lead Podiatrist for Country Health South Australia (CHSA). Fiona has published & presented on different aspects of the Diabetic Foot, wound healing and patient psychology. In 2016 Fiona won the Ministers Innovation Award at the SA Health awards for the use of 3D Scanning technology for custom footwear.

Dr John Bingley is a vascular surgeon working at Wound Innovations, the Mater and Princess Alexandra Hospitals in Brisbane. He was awarded a Masters of Medical Science in 1995 and a PhD in 1999, both from the University of Queensland and has worked in public and private practice, including spending time as a visiting specialist in wound healing centres. John has taught medical students in anatomy and surgery, and is currently a Senior Lecturer for Surgery at University of Queensland. He thus has an active interest in clinical work, education and research.
